Carlos Barrera
Carlos Barrera, manager of SB Financial Home Loans, Inc., has more than a decade of experience in real estate sales, investment, and mortgage. With his wife, Aide Solis, serving as broker of record, Carlos handles the sales and investment side of SB Financial, expertly finding homes for first-time home buyers and those who want to upgrade to larger homes as well as investors in commercial properties.
Serving the communities of Riverside, San Bernardino, Orange, and L.A. Counties, Carlos produces between $2 to $5 million in volume annually. Based almost entirely on referrals and former clients, his sales are driven by impeccable service and a stellar reputation.
Before establishing SB Financial with his wife in 2005, Carlos was responsible for loan origination and real estate sales for ERA Real Estate/Global Mortgage Services. Prior to becoming a real estate professional, Carlos served as a firefighter captain of Boeing/Rocketdyne and as a firefighter with the Warner Brothers Fire Department.
Carlos holds a Real Estate Salesperson License (#01351042) and the nationally recognized GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute) designation, and he has received multiple awards for real estate sales that have included Agent of the Year Award in 2001 and Awards of the $100k club, $200k club, and $300k club in 2002, 2003, and 2004, respectively.
Carlos holds a Fire Science Degree and General Education from Rio Hondo Community College in addition to studying business at Long Beach State University. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
